In-Class Volunteers

Volunteering in the classroom is a great way to become more connected with the students and the campus. Check in with your student's teacher for classroom volunteer opportunities. While we encourage yearly commitments, it's always a great idea to share a weekly volunteer role with a partner.

Please note: All visitors, including parent volunteers, must sign in at the school office and wear a name badge while on campus. This is imperative for your safety as well as your child’s.

Field Trips

Volunteering to drive or chaperone on a field trip is an experience that all parents should have at least once during your time at Hidden Valley. Anyone driving on a district school event must complete an educational field trip driver form even if they are not transporting students. This form only needs to be submitted once during the school year and updated with new insurance information when coverage expires.
