Hello Hidden Valley Families!
One week to go until Winter Break! Is everyone ready? The PTO is looking forward to spending time with family and friends and hopefully getting healthy. Let’s start 2023 on our best feet! Next week is regular dismissal, in case you were wondering!!
We are still collecting for the HV Holiday Giving Drive! And now we have curbside service!! Our 3rd and 4th graders will be at the drop off circle next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to collect your gift card and book donations. Help us help families in our immediate community! See below for more information if your student would like to help collect!
Mark your calendars! Winter Break is December 19th until January 2nd. There is a teacher work day on January 3rd, so we will see everyone back at school on Wednesday, January 4th!
Best,
Team PTO

THANK YOU to those who have donated. In addition to the office drop location, we will now collect donations at the drop off circle each morning through Wednesday, December 14th. Also, we are looking for 3rd and 4th grade student helpers (Sign your student up on the Sign Up Genius below).
HOW: Donate either or both of the following ways:
Cash or Gift Cards: Target, Safeway, Amazon, and Visa no larger than $25 per card (But you can always give more!). If you wish to give a $75 gift card, please divide up into 3 separate gift cards of $25 each
And/OR
Wrap and Donate a New or Gently Used Favorite Book
Please label book title with post it on the outside so we can determine an appropriate recipient.
Donation Box Drop is located at drop off circle in the morning and with Mariposa in the school office during the day (or you can send in with your child to the teacher)

Lego Clubs have been a huge success so far since our launch!
Thank you Sara Wilson and Jenn Hamerski! We need more help on Mondays during lunch time. It could be a shared job if we find two coordinators. It's actually really fun to witness the student enthusiasm and creativity!
